Under the 7z  file, there will be an app of GTA SA so the main process will start now. You have an ebb of GTA SA installed. Move the obb file of GTA SA from the android/obb to android/new folder or anywhere else you want.

Uninstall the previous app of GTA SA and  Install the app which you have downloaded from my link.

Now again move the obb from Android/new folder to android/obb to make the GTA SA app work.

After extracting select all files and move to the Android/data/com.rockstargames.GTA SA

open the GTA SA game and swipe down from the screen to activate the menu.
